Who are you and what do you do?

I am Martin and some know me at as "Atjazz".

What hardware are you using?

I run Cubase with UAD-2. I have a trusty Fender Rhodes Mark II & many analogue synths, some of which never leave my side, like the Korg Mono/Poly, Korg Poly-61, Roland SH-09, and Teisco Synth 60F; Luxman & Linn Amps with Tannoy PMB8 MkII, Yamaha NS10, Genelec 1030A & AKG LM50 monitors, Mackie Big Knob + lots of other outboard; Akai S-612, Akai S-3000, Casio FZ-10M Samplers & Some valve EQ's from TL Audio.

What software are you using?

I use mostly Cubase for my audio recording, sequencing & editing. It's my paint board for everything.

What would be your dream setup?

What I have is a dream as I never thought I would ever have the equipment I wanted. I would like a nice studio room in the country looking over the hills facing to the sunset! That would be nice!

Any production tips & tricks you'd like to share?

Well we all have our secrets, but I like it when I have happy accidents, it makes my music more exciting to work on. One tip is to never bang on an idea for too long. You'll kill it. Keep fresh and do what you do for your own reasons not to be popular or to get kudos, feel the music and wait for the goose-bumps!
